Client Intake is a means of gaining our clients contact and medical information. This helps TimeFly's Massage and our Therapist better serve our clients with any medical conditions or if any conditions should arise. TimeFly's Massage does not share any of your information with any one outside of TimeFly's Massage and it's Therapist.
