Service at a Location
When visiting one of our location rates may vary from our Door To Door service because the client is coming to us for service.
Refuse/Termination of Service
We retain the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Sexual comments or gestures toward our Therapist will result in immediate termination of service.
Health/Minors
Client is responsible to advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy. Services for minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All clients are required to complete a Client Intake form prior to service.
CLIENT INTAKE FORM
Client Intake is a means of gaining our clients contact and medical information. This helps Time Fly's Massage and our Therapist better serve our clients with any medical conditions or if any conditions should arise. Time Fly's Massage does not share any of your information with any one outside of Time Fly's Massage and it's Therapist. If you need to complete or view the form, please visit customer service and click Client/Intake Form. Please Note: This form is mandatory before service can be administered.
GIFT CARDS
Gift must be used with in 1 year of purchase or becomes invalid and value is zero and no service can be scheduled. If appointed is schedule before gift card expires but date for service exceeds expiration, service can still be granted.
MEMBERSHIPS
Our Membership program is for table massages only.
Chair massages may be discounted under some memberships.
A La Cart items may be discounted depending on the level of membership.
Unlimited massage and discount refers to the selected membership.
All other massages out side of your elected membership are at regular price.
Example: If you are a Basic Member, you will get unlimited 30-minute massages for $30.00 each visit for $4.99 per month.
A 45, 60, or 90-minute massage will cost regular price.

POLICY/TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payments/Booking
We except Visa, Master Card and American Express(amex). A deposit may be required to book service for our Door To Door Service, but may not be required for Location booking. Balance will charged the day of service upon arrival of therapist or no less than 30minutes before service is rendered. When booking, a 24 hour notice is recommended but not mandatory. Availability is subject to change with each booking so time's and date's reflected on line are subject to change with out notice. Call or book online Today!
Cancellations
Door To Door Service
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. If 24 hour notice is not given, a cancellation fee of $25 may be charged or deposit will be non-refundable. Clients have the option to call or cancel their appointments online.
In Store Service.
Cancellation must be made 1 day in advance. Rescheduling must be made 4 hours in advance. Cancellation after the 24 hr window can result in a $25.00 service fee.
Refunds
Deposits Only are refundable if cancellation is made within 24hours notice. Gift card value can not be refunded ,transferred nor store credit issued. All other refunds are at the descrestion of Time Fly's Massage and are subject to investigation.
Gratuities/Tips
Rates do not include gratuity. Please be considerate to our Therapist by adding at least the minimum 15%. Gift card may or may not include gratuity. The sender would have specified at time of purchase. If no gratuity was added at time of gift card purchase please be considerate to our Therapist by adding at least the minimum 15% gratuity once service is provided to you(recipient, party receiving service.)
In Home Services (Door To Door Service)
With our Door To Door Service a therapist is sent to your Home, Hotel, Business or Airport club for either chair or table massage service.
Client is responsible to provide a clear area for Therapist to set-up. Client must be freshly groomed and be in proper attire. Client will be draped with a sheet and Therapist will only expose area where client wants treatment.
